What’s the average rent in Orlando? ?

I’ve never been a fan of renting for obvious reasons, but i do understand the necessity to rent.

However, that should not be a long term plan. The problem is, over time, renters end up continuing to rent instead of having a plan of action to buy something they will call their own and build equity in.

This plan is action may include fixing their credit and saving money for a down payment. Either way there are options and strategies for both. It’s just a matter of setting a goal and developing a plan of action and then following thru. There are some great professionals that can help you like Terri Hatfield Dull or Sean De Pasquale.

Lets take a look at the average rent in Orlando:

If you look at these charts, the average rent is between $1200 to 1800!
If you do the math, that’s 14,400 to 21,600 a year, which I’m afraid to say, you’ll never see back. ??

Crazy! Let me help you come up with a plan of action and together we can help you get out of the rental trap. Stop paying other people’s mortgage and have nothing to show for it.

Let me know if there’s anything in the world I can do for you.
